To move up in Mafia Wars you need to complete Mafia Wars jobs, earning cash and experience. Different jobs require certain items, properties or mafia size. As you move up, levels are unlocked. The more jobs you do, more money you have and the bigger your Mafia, means more jobs become available. The money is essential to buy the items you reqire for bigger and better jobs. Bigger jobs means a bigger bundle of cash, and so Mafia Wars progress es.
TO carry out a job you need health, stamina and energy. Health reduces as you fight but does keep replenishing – although to speed up the process you need to pay for an expensive visit to the hospital. Stamina means you can fight your way to the top. This too replenishes slowly. Energy reduces with each Mafia Wars job you do. Energy packs can be received from your Mafia every 24 hours – although use it within that time – or lose it!
Health, stamina and energy are all replenished with each new Level you reach. During fights you can use the Health kits you’ve collected, to prolong a boss fight.
Upgrade points are also rewarded with each new level so you can always increase your maximum attack, defence, health, stamina or energy as you progress.
